
Clover Bliss Chocolate and ice cream sandwiches
Baking time: 10-12 minutes
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry , thawed
1 cup Clover Bliss Dessert
1-2 cups vanilla ice cream
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Icing sugar for dusting
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C
Place the pastry onto a floured surface and cut the pastry in half, widthwise and then cut each half into rectangles. Place onto a greased baking sheet and top with another baking tray, to keep the pastry flat.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown. Allow to cool.
Layer one piece of pastry with the scoops or spoonfuls of the ice cream. Drizzle over the Bliss Chocolate dessert and top with another pastry. Drizzle over more Bliss Chocolate dairy dessert and top with fresh raspberries and a dusting of icing sugar.
