
Clover Apricot Smoothie

Preparation: 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
6 large ripe apricots
½ pineapple, chopped
½ cup fresh orange juice
2 cups Clover Sip Up Apricot flavour
2 Tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp flax seeds (optional)
a handful of ice cubes
METHOD
Rinse the apricots, cut them in half and remove the stones.
Add all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. If you don't have a power blender, skip the flax seeds or grind them to powder before adding.
If the smoothie is too thick, you can add milk or more orange juice.
