Cinnamon bun with figs and Clover Classic Custard 
Recipe 4-6:
Baking time: 20-30 minutes
For the dough
3 cups flour
¾ cup milk (lukewarm)
1 egg
¼ cup Clover Classic Fat spread
½ tsp salt
2 ½ tbsp. sugar
1 tsp yeast
For the filling
½  cup sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup Clover Classic Custard
3-4 figs, sliced thinly
sprinkle of mixed, chopped nuts
Clover Classic Custard for serving
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a large mixing bowl, add the flour and Classic Fat spread. Mix together the milk, egg, sugar, salt and yeast and set aside. Make a well in the flour and pour in the milk mixture. Mix together until a dough starts to form. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for a few minutes.
Place the dough into a greased bowl and cover. Allow to rest in a warm place until double in size.
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface and spread the custard over. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and place the sliced figs down. Sprinkle over chopped nuts (optional). Roll the dough up into a thick log shape, slice evenly and arrange the slices into greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the buns are cooked through and golden brown. Serve with Clover Classic Custard.
