
Chicken goujons

Serves 4-6

Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 chicken fillets, skinned and cut into finger size strips
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp dried mixed herbs
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups breadcrumbs
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Mix cheese with breadcrumbs and set aside
Dip the chicken into the egg then coat in with the breadcrumbs
Place on a rack in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with a side dip
Dip
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
Method
Mix together all the ingredients. Chill until ready to serve
