Chicken gizzards and hearts

250g chicken hearts
250g chicken gizzards, precooked
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp BBQ spice
1 tbsp paprika
¼ cup worcestershire sauce
¾ cup BBQ sauce
Precook the gizzards by boiling them for at least 2 hours until tender.

In a bowl, mix precooked gizzards, hearts spices and worcestershire sauce and set in fridge to marinade for 20 min. Heat up braai or griddle and cook meat while basting with the bbq sauce.
If cooking on a stove top, fry the meat in 2 tbsp oil for about 10 min then add BBQ sauce and cook at high heat for another 6-10 min and serve.

Enjoy alone as a snack or with pap or in a pita.
