Chicken feet 


1 kg chicken feet, cleaned
Bbq sauce
125 ml ( ½  cup) onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 red chilli minced
15 ml ( 1 tbsp) oil
1 lemon juice
250 ml ( 1 cup) tomato sauce
125 ml ( ½ cup) brown sugar
200 ml (¾ cup) coke cola
60 ml ( ¼ cup) Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
5 ml ( 1 tsp) chilli flakes

Sauté onion, garlic, and chilli in hot oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, coke, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper, chilli flakes.
Reduce heat to low, simmer, stirring occasionally 15 minutes.
Place the chicken feet over a griller or griddle pan and grill for 8 minutes. start basting with the sauce and continue cooking and turning. Serve immediately.
