1 small head cauliflower
½ head cauliflower
12g dry yeast
50g seedless grapes
Apple cider vinegar
15g brown sugar
chop 1 head head of cauliflower in too small pieces or put in a food processor,
in a pot add your oil and start cooking the cauliflower pieces until they start to change colour, then and your butter and cook for ten min checking a stirring.
after 10-15min of cooking add you milk and cook for about 5min and while its still hot blend to a puree for 7min or until smooth. check seasoning .
Mint oil and pickling
blunch mint for 3min and strain all the axes water, mix mint and oil at 60 degrees for 7min
make pickling add your grapes to the warm pickle mixture .
cut cauliflower into florest and i a hot pan grill untill cauliflower is golden brown
