Carrot and Orange Terijaki fish

Carrot and Orange Teriyaki fish

2 fillets of sustainable sourced fish
1 cup Krush carrot and orange juice
¼ cup soy sauce
5 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp garlic
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional)
sesame seeds for breading
fresh chilli (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 200C
In a small saucepan, add the Krush carrot and orange juice, soy sauce brown sugar, honey, ginger and garlic then set on medium to high heat.
While the sauce reduces, prepare the fish.
Season the fish with salt and pepper then coat with the sesame seeds.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and baked for 15 minutes.
Serve on a bed of fresh veg and drizzle with the teriyaki sauce. Top with chilli
Enjoy with a glass of Krush carrot and orange
