Caramel Hotcross Bun And Cinnamon Apple Truffle

4 Granny Smith Green Apples
3cups Clover Classic Custard
½ cup: Brown sugar
1 tsp: Cinnamon, ground
1 Pinch: Kosher salt
½ cup: Butter
3 cup: Heavy cream
4 Chocolate Easter eggs
6 hot cross Buns loose
In a saucepan on medium heat melt butter and add cinnamon, brown sugar, kosher salt and stir to combine. Add apples stirring often until apples are cooked and tender. And sugar is dissolved and syrupy. Remove and let it cool for 15m. Whip cream until stiff pick and set aside.
Slice the Hotcross Buns into small tin slices. Break chocolate eggs into medium size pieces.
In the individual clear dessert cups or large pudding bowl. Start with layers of Hotcross Buns, following with apple mixture, chocolate Easter eggs crumbs and Clover Classic custard.
Repeat until the cups or bowl is full.. Make sure you end with chocolate Easter eggs crumbs and garnish with Clover Classic custard and fresh mint.
