
Serves: 4 1 leek, chopped METHOD Melt the Clover Mooi River butter in a pot and add in the chopped leeks and thyme. Saute for a few minutes then add in the garlic and orzo. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the stock. Cook until the orzo is cooked through. Add in the cream cheese, peas and shredded chicken and allow to cook for a few minutes. Add another knob of Clover Mooi River butter. Serve warm as the butter starts to melt. |
