Butro Express Kota

Recipe By: Tumi Mogoai 
1 loaf unsliced white bread
1/3 cup Butro oil
1 packet slap chips
4 slices French polony
4 eggs
4 slices garlic polony
4 tbsp archaar
2 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp bbq sauce

Cut the bread in half, then cut the halves in half lengthways.
Make an opening on the top, soft part of the bread cutting close to the edges but leaving enough bread to keep the fillings.
Set aside. 
Fry the French polony and garlic polony in some oil then fry your eggs.
To assemble start by placing the chips at the base of the bread and topping with archaar and sauces.
Follow with the polonies then top everything with the egg. Close the bread opening with the piece of bread that was removed and ENJOY!
