Black and white no bake cheesecake
 
For the base:
200g Oreo biscuits
2T Melted butter
 
For the filling:
1 Cup cream cheese – Philadelphia cream cheese
1 Cup crème Fraiche
4T Icing sugar
60ml Woolworths chocolate dessert sauce
 
method:
for the base:
Place the Oreos into a food processor. Pulse to form a coarse crumb. Add the melted butter and combine before adding to cupcake wrappers to form a mini tart shell. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up slightly.
 
For the filling:
Combine the cream cheese, crème Fraiche and icing sugar and blend to form a smooth filling. Spoon the filling into the set tarts before finely drizzling over the Woolworths chocolate sauce. Serve immediately so place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill and set slightly.
