Biltong Pasta

Biltong pasta 
Serves: 4-6 
Prep time: 45 min 

1 pack pasta screws 
1 ½ cup moist biltong  
1 cup plain feta, crumbled 
1 ¼ cup piquante peppers 
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 
salt and pepper to taste 
2 tbsp parsley, chopped 
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Make sure to keep some pasta water to use when adding the other elements of the dish. In a flat pan, add some olive oil followed by cooked pasta, biltong, piquante peppers and half of the feta.. Toss everything together, season with salt and pepper then serve. Crumble some feta the remaining feta onto pasta as well as some parsley.
