Biltong & Cheese Wreath

Serves: 4-6
Baking time: 15 minutes 
Puff Pastry x1
150g Biltong (Pieces or Boerewors)
Clover Cheese: White Cheddar, Grated
1 egg
2 tbsp Dried Herbs
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Unroll the pastry and roll to 1/2cm thick. Use a large bowl as a guide, cut the pastry into a circle, then using a star cutter cut the center. If you don’t have a cutter, by hand with a knife is good too.
Spread the grated cheese around the pastry while avoiding the star. Top with biltong. 
Season with salt & pepper.
Pull the star points towards the end of the circle and close the Wreath.
Brush the top of the Wreath with egg wash. Sprinkle the Wreath with dried herbs.

Bake for 15 mins or until tops are golden.
