
Best-Ever Peanut Butter Protein Balls
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup oats
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 T mini dark chocolate chips
1 T chia seeds
1 T flax seeds
¼ t cinnamon
1/3 cup natural peanut butter (no sugar)
2 T honey
¼ t vanilla extract
2 T milk
To serve:

METHOD
Line a large baking sheet with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients together. Mixture should be slightly crumbly. If it’s too dry, gradually stir in a bit more milk.
With wet hands, roll mixture into small balls and place onto baking sheet. Refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes.
