INGREDIENTS

1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup Clover Krush Nectar - Orange
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Ice cubes (optional)
 
to garnish

sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tsp flax seeds
Fresh berries
Chia seeds
Mint leaves
 
METHOD

In a blender, combine the mixed berries, coconut yogurt, Clover Krush Nectar, ground ginger, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, flax seeds, and chia seeds.

 If you prefer a chilled smoothie, add a few ice cubes. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!

You can also top it with additional chia seeds, flax seeds, fresh berries, mint and cinnamon for added texture.
