Berry Bliss Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS
1 serving (32g) whey protein powder (strawberry flavoured)
100g avocado, sliced
0.5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 Tbsp MCT powder
60g mixed berries
0.5 tsp vanilla essence
100ml unsweetened almond milk
100ml water
Ice cubes
Optional: keto friendly sweetener (erythritol, xylitol, stevia)
METHOD
In a blender, combine the whey protein powder, sliced avocado, pink salt, MCT powder, mixed berries, vanilla essence, unsweetened almond milk and water. Optional: add a handful of ice cubes to the blender for a refreshing chilled shake.
Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the shake is smooth and creamy. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if needed by adding a bit of your preferred keto friendly sweetener.
