Beef Steaklet Burgers

For the Burgers
4 “Our Ultimate” burger rolls
4 Beef Steaklets
4 tsp Gherkin relish
1 mini red cabbage, sliced
4 sliced of cheddar cheese
For the Wedges
1 tray of Paprika wedges
6 TBSP French style mayo
1 TBSP Sriracha
For the Salad
800g Exotic tomato mix
3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
1 tub Bocconcini, sliced in half
Handful of torn basil leaves
Pre-heat oven to 200 degree Celsius. Bake steaklets for 10-15 minutes
Once steaklets are cooked place into “Our Ultimate” burger rolls, top with a slice of cheddar cheese and teaspoon of gherkin relish topped with cabbage
Cook wedges as per cooking instructions. Whilst cooking prepare the dip by mixing the mayonnaise with the Sriracha

Place tomatoes drizzled with olive oil into oven until they start to blister. Whilst the tomatoes are cooking slice the bocconcini in half and set aside.
Remove tomatoes from oven and plate along with the bocconcini. Top with the torn basil leaves and drizzle with some extra olive oil or your favourite salad dressing.
