
Basic Bread

Serving: 2-4 loaves
Cooking time: 35-60 min
Ingredients
2.5 bread flour
1.8 L water
60g salt
1 sachets yeast (10g)
100g stater ( If you have)
Filling
1 slab milk chocolate
1 cup nuts of your choice
150g butter
1 cup herbs of your choice (thyme, rosemary, mint, etc)
1 cup cheese of your choice (cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, etc)
1 cup black olives
1 cup sundried tomatoes
1 cup bacon
1 cup olive oil
Method
Preheat oven (220°)
Combine all dry ingredients in bowl and start mixing the dough by hand until Everything comes together. Leave the bread dough to rest for 15min.
Combine the dough again after 15min and fold your bread once every 30min twice.
Once proofed for 1 hour you are ready to shape the bread in which every way you like.
