Bakers Snacktime® Charcuterie Pots with Whipped Feta

INGREDIENTS
 
Bakers Snacktime®
 
Whipped Feta
300 g feta cheese, crumbled
Zest & juice of 1 lemon 
3 sprigs of fresh dill, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin 
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt & pepper 

Other Ingredients
1 cup cheddar cheese, 2 cm cubed
250 g fresh mixed berries 
250 g grapes
250 g cherry tomatoes 
200 g pickled cucumbers
200 g mixed nuts
200 g kalamata olives
200 g salami, sliced
200 g ham, sliced
6 fresh figs, some halved and some quartered 
2 Tbsp honey (optional)

Equipment

Jars
Toothpicks, small sosatie sticks, rosemary sprigs
 
METHOD
 
Whipped Feta
Add all ingredients into a food processor/blender blend until smooth. 
To serve: String some meat, veggies and fruit on toothpicks, sosatie sticks and rosemary sprigs but keep some loose. Play around and fill the jars and drizzle with honey. 
Top the Bakers® biscuits with some whipped feta and add to jars or serve alongside jars.
