INGREDIENTS
Yellow Colour Board:
1 cup turmeric hummus
1 ½ cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
400g cheddar cheese, large cubes
1 yellow pepper, sliced
2 HoneyGold grapefruits, slices
1 lemon slices
Camembert cheese, slice
1 mango, cubed
4-6 hard-boiled eggs, halved

Green Colour Board:
1 cup Guacamole
1 cup Tzatziki
1 punnet green grapes
1 green pepper
½ head of broccoli, divided into floret
2 green apples, sliced
1 jar pickles
1 cucumber, cut into sticks
125g Mange tout

3 kiwi fruit, halved or slices
1 cup green olives

Red Colour Board:
2 cups strawberries, halves
1 cup raspberries
2 cups salami sticks
1 red pepper, sliced
1 cup pomegranate
1 punnet red grapes
1 small punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 blood orange grapefruit, sliced
1 cup roasted red pepper hummus

METHOD
Assemble the boards aesthetically as desired.
