From singing and performing in the kwaito band Boom Shaka to acting in Yizo Yizo, Gaz'lam, Crossing the Line and Zone 14, Thembi can truly be called a veteran in the entertainment industry. More recently, Thembi has launched her performance studio, Thembi Seete Productions, where all artists are welcome to utilise the facilities and create magic. She has since released her latest single titled 'Thuntsa Lerole' which has been getting heavy airplay.

- Life wasn't always so rosy: "I was behind on bond payments & electricity it was a huge responsibility but deep down i knew I would make it one day."
- She came from humble beginnings: "I was so desolate I was willing to take any kind of work, even a scrap yard."
- On marriage and kids: "The older I get the more I realise that it's entirely my decision to make both marriage and kids to happen."
- On her Boomshaka costumes: "I hated the braids, I hated the nails. I hated everything."
- What growing up has taught her: "I'm glad I'm not a young girl anymore. I lived the superficial life of trying to impress everyone and trying to be someone I'm not."
