The rockets are considered to be one of South Africa’s most successful pop groups. With over 50 years in industry, The Rockets are a household name that many grew up listening to. 
 
The group has multiple awards to their name including a SAFTA award for Best Music Show production, and was nominated for “Beste Pop Album”,“Best Pop Performance” and “Best Contemporary Dance Performance” at the South African Music Awards.
 
In the last 20 years, they have done over 30 international trips that saw them performing at all ends of the world including Australia, Bahrain, UAE, Egypt, Seychelles, Morocco and many more!
 
The Rockets have also had the honour of supporting numerous international acts that have performed in South Africa. Some of the most notable names include Usher, Alicia Keys, P. Diddy and the Spice Girls.
 
The Rockets are more than just a music group, they have become an important part of South African culture.
