We have the amazing multiple award-winning singer and songwriter Simphiwe Dana.

Simphiwe Dana recently took a trip to Mali before the COVID-19 pandemic was announced. She is known for her creative social communism and activism through music as a political art form. She has recently blessed listeners with her latest album “Bamako”. She chats to us how she came about this album and working through the pandemic.

Dana’s career started off in small clubs in Johannesburg, where she began attracting attention to herself and her music. She has maintained a very strong presence, with consistent releases, radio plays and live appearances at National Events and Festivals.
