Shekhinah

 We welcome back South African singer, songwriter Shekhinah.

Shekhinah started off her music career by singing and performing in musicals from a very young age. She landed her first major gig competing on the seventh season of the hit South African Television show, Idols, where she made the top 32. She re-entered the competition the following season and made it all the way to top 6. She has worked her way up the ranks ever since. Shekhinah has performed all over Africa and collaborated with a lot of international heavy weights. She has opened for international artists like John Legend, Ed Sheeran and Toni Braxton.

Shekhinah aims to highlight females in the industry and provide a platform outside of the patriarchal system in music by launching Rosegold in 2019 - an all female music festival.
