Richard Lukunku
 
We are joined in studio by actor Richard Lukunku in the studio. The Congolese-born South African actor is currently best known for his current role as a lead character on popular long-running SABC3 daily drama “Isidingo”.
 
Richard has been featured in other high-profile productions such as “Skyf the Movie”, “Mister BOB”, Night Drive”, “History of America”, “Superhelde” and “Invisible Children”. The beloved actor is also multi-lingual as speaks a number of languages including, French, Swahili, Afrikaans, Setswana, Zulu and English. Richard has a B.A in Live Acting, which he obtained from AFDA. He is not only a SAFTA nominee, he was also part of the cast for South Africa’s official entry to the Academy Awards in the category Best Foreign Film, for 2016, for the film “Thina Sobabili’. His latest film is Back of the Moon, which is directed by television legend Angus Gibson.
