Rethabile Khumalo

Joining us today is singer, songwriter, guitarist and dancer, Rethabile Khumalo daughter of famed South African singer, Winnie Khumalo.

 Rethabile caught everyone’s attention when she first appeared on the popular singing competition, Idols South Africa season 8, and managed to make it to the top 16. She went on to pursue her singing career as a solo artist, releasing her first single Nomathemba with DJ Tira’s Ezase Afro Entertainment and recorded Umlilo in 2019 with DJ Zinhle. The recording became a huge success for her both critically and commercially. The song sold millions of copies and was named 2019 song of the year across major radio stations and broadcast media.

Rethabile is about to release her new single called GENESIS with WinnKay Records and we are all eagerly awaiting for it to drop.
