On todays show we talk all about pregnancy awareness, relationship and issues that promote healthy pregnancies and safe motherhood.
 
Times have changed so much, many parents are forced to go to work and not be stay at home, especially moms. The relationship will most definitely change and shift once the little one comes along. Each parent goes through change and different issues, but the fact that babies can’t take care of themselves parents need to work together. Chatting to us today about before and after pregnancy is Thrivalist coach, Collette Merrit. We also have Childbirth Educator, Victoria Watts.
 
However, with a healthy pregnancy also comes healthy diets and fitness. Most exercises are safe to perform during pregnancy as long as you exercise with caution. Keeping fit and understanding your body can be very vital during pregnancy. Fitness trainer and owner of FitMomSA, Ashleigh Lovino help share some tips on this matter.
