While challenging the ways in which society presents and view the physical body, everybody should have a positive body image not only for your physical health but for your mental health as well. Encouraging acceptance of yourself and others, regardless of body shape or size helps to prevent unhealthy attempts at changing the way you look.
Loving ourselves allows us to feel safe and secure, to love our bodies with all the highs and lows that comes with changes in our bodies.
