Dr Nokukhanya Khanyile will be sharing some insight on how parents can approach and help their children struggling to deal with social restrictions during this pandemic.

A strong feeling of fear is enough to interfere with one’s daily activities.

There are many ways to work through this, making life just a little less stressful.
