Nkosiyati Khumalo
Joining us today is the very talented Nkosiyati Khumalo editor in chief of GQ South Africa. Born in Swaziland. Nkosiyati was raised in the US and moved back to South Africa in 2008. With hard work and dedication, it took Nkosiyati nine years to work himself up the ranks from being an intern to editor in chief. Appointed to the position in 2017, Nkosiyati was the first black editor in GQ’s global history and the first black editor of a major fashion magazine in South Africa. He states that living in America helped to build his character and confidence.
He is very passionate about giving exceptional South Africans a premium platform to share their incredible stories with the world. Nkosiyati is successfully pushing menswear through various content and coverage initiatives.
