We’re cooking up a storm with home chef and foodie, Mynhardt Joubert, who’s appreciation for the art of food and wine started when he arrived in Cape Town 12 years back and began working at a wine bar in De Waterkant. An appreciation that has since developed into a full blown love affair!

It is just strength to strength for Mynhardt as he has gone on to work at a number of restaurants in Cape Town, has established a wine bar and eatery in Riebeek Kasteel called “Bar Bar Black Sheep” and won kykNET’s reality cooking competition “Kokkedoor” alongside his partner, Tiaan.
Today, he joins us in the loft as he gives us a Beetroot Masterclass.
