Moonchild Sanelly

Joining us today is South African queen of Gqom music, Moonchild Sanelly.

The artist’s stage name “Moonchild Sanelly” comes from her spiritual background and it is a direct translation of iNyango meaning moon. While studying fashion design she experimented with music and poetry. In 2011 she decided to move to Johannesburg to pursue her music career. Moonchild has made a name for herself over her 12 years in the industry with that music having continously evolved during that span of time. She recently collaborated with artists like Beyoncé, Diplo, Wizkid and many more.

She express her herself freely with her riveting stage performances.
