Today we meet Laura Flint, a brave woman who's overcome some of life's biggest challenges.
Laura suffered severe head injuries earlier this year that led to seizures, anxiety disorder, double vision and memory loss from a horse riding accident. During this time she rekindled her childhood love for gardening, which helped her through her recover process.
She joins us to share how gardening has been her source of therapy that has helped her connect with the environment and her community. And where she's found the courage to get back on to the horse.
