Kgaogelo ‘Tikae’ Mabelane
Musician, Producer and SAMA Award Winner.
 
We welcome Artist, Producer and SAMA Award winner, Kgaogelo “Tikae” Mabelane, into the loft as he takes us away with a soulful performance.
 
Tikae is carving his space in the annals of musical history. He is widely known for his work with We Will Worship, while leaving his creative stamp on projects with musical legends Khaya Mthethwa, and Loyiso Bal.
 
With a pastor for a father, Tikae grew up in the church where he taught himself how to play the piano. His musical talent stem from his father who was a well-known singer back in his youth.
 
Tikae has had significant experience in the music industry. He was a contestant on Idols but unfortunately left the show to focus on his exams. In 2008, he won the Yamaha Young Talent Competition. 
 
Outside of music, Tikae holds a MBA and is a devoted husband.
