Jooste Vermeulen
Director of Communications for Organ Donor Foundation of South Africa is in the #AfternoonExpress loft to talk about the importance of organ donation. Jooste has been personally affected by organ donation as well as the need for it, as his son, 11-year old Rijk, was diagnosed with end-stage renal failure before his first birthday in January 2006. Rijk received a kidney transplant in 2007, however, it only lasted four months. He has been on dialysis ever since.

Jooste will be talking about his son's medical journey as well as the need for more organ donors in South Africa.
