Iman Mkwanazi

Were joined by 2017 Miss South Africa finalist, Iman Mkwanazi from Lenasia, Gauteng. Iman is not just a pretty face though, she has a solid mind for business through her involvement in entrepreneurial programmes such as Pioneer Nation.

Being a Miss SA finalist meant to being a woman who stands for independence, kindness, beauty, intelligence to her and being a representative of the modern day South African women. She entered because she wanted to let young women know that they don’t have to limit themselves to one category in life, that they can be beautiful and intelligent. Her aim is inspire women young and old to reach their greatest potential and to believe in themselves and that anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

Iman is a true inspiration to young woman everywhere, she is a BSC graduate who majored in psychology, microbiology and geography. When it comes to life, Iman is all about not being boxed in any category, she is an accomplished model who has worked for some of the biggest agencies in South Africa but she also has a savvy business mind which is evident in her thriving cleaning company, Ihlazekile Cleaners. She is also the co-founder of a construction company called Mkweni Groundworks, which you worked alongside the Johannesburg Municipality.
