Gabriel Van Wesemael

Gabriel was diagnosed as a Type 1 Diabetic in July last year just 3 weeks before immigrating to The Netherlands! Just before he left they found out about the LCHF diet and Prof. Noakes and myself and then Gabriel became a “long distant” patient of mine after he immigrated to the Netherlands and although he was at a Diabetic Clinic in Holland, we would still have Skype consultations in between to help him manage and understand Type 1 Diabetes.

When Gabriel decided to make his own YouTube Channel to create awareness about the LCHF Lifestyle, we decided to work together as Dr and patient and subsequently have been interviewed on radio together and now that Gabriel is back in Cape Town we plan to work together also with Prof. Noakes to create awareness in South Africa for Diabetics. Both Gabriel and I are officially affiliated with The Noakes Foundation.
