Emilie Gambade

Emilie Gambade is Editor-in-Chief for ELLE South Africa. She was formerly the managing editor of Marie Claire, fashion editor for the Daily Maverick and a regular contributor to the Mail & Guardian. She has worked in several media environments, from retail and television to print – both news, magazine and digital. She was born in Paris and studied in the United States where she graduated with a Bachelor in Science & Business Administration, majoring in Finance & Investment from Western Carolina University, Magna Cum Laude.
