Mental health is important at every stage of our life.d Especially dealing with this pandemic we have had to adapt to new routines, with our daily lives forever altered. During this very difficult time we all have been confined to the walls of our households, unable to have many freedoms we once took for granted.
As a parent it is very important to focus and prioritize during these stressful times. Keeping kids productive and making sure they don’t just sit in front of the TV the whole day.
