Dimo’s formal training began with the City and Guilds pastry course, and continued in the USA, France and Switzerland - so trust us when we say you’ll be learning from the best today! Dimo also represented the country at the Culinary Olympics in Germany, the Culinary Classic in Chicago and the Culinary Challenge in Singapore.
Today, he is the Head Chocolatier, Studio Manager and Brand Ambassador for Lindt.
