We celebrate Valentine’s Day with Chef and Food Stylist, Clement Pedro joins us for a Valentines Dining Masterclass.

The chef presenter is a popular fixture on Afternoon Express and our sister show, Expresso Morning Show. 

After setting himself up for a career in business, Chef Clem switched lanes and began to pursue uhis true love - cooking. After graduating from the International Hotel School in the MotherCity, he went on to become a professional chef. 

Beginning his food journey working in a restaurant, Clem entered the media space and took part in a food writing competition that propelled his illustrious career in food media. His work has appeared in numberous food publications across the country, and today he joins us to share some of the love.
