It’s all about festive food in the kitchen as Chef and Food Stylist, Clement Pedro, as he joins us for a Christmas Indoor Dining masterclass.
 
After being set on a career in business, Chef Clem decided to pursue his true love – cooking and after graduating from the International Hotel School in Cape Town, he went on to become a professional chef.
 
After working in a restaurant for some time, he decided to enter a food writing competition that propelled his career in the food media industry. He has since been featured in numerous food publications and is a familiar face on both Afternoon Express and our sister show, Expresso Morning Show.
