Chef and Master Baker
We get to know Chef and Master Baker, Ciska Rossouw, before she teaches us how to make some phenomenal egg dishes.
Ciska has truly made a name for herself in the culinary industry. After completing a Grande Diploma in Good Food and Fine Wine from The Culinary Academy, she went on to be a pastry chef at Jordan Restaurant before becoming Head Baker and Chef.
Ciska then went on to open her own bakery - Loaves by Madame Baker. Opening the bakery was a leap of faith and dream come true for Ciska. Although it has been a rough ride to get to where they are today, Ciska wouldn’t take anything back.
Toda, she teaches us the art of making the perfect boiled egg as she cooks up Snoek Kedgeree before we find out what scotched eggs are with her Scotch Quail Eggs recipe with a Nutty Salad and a Clover Classic Mayo dressing.
