Chef Linda joins us in the loft for a continental cook-a-long. Chef Linda will also be chatting to us about how his culinary journey started and how he got to where he is today.
 
During the national lockdown last year, the hospitality industry took a hard knock however, despite the challenges, many chefs rose above their circumstances and excelled. One of these chefs is Chef Linda Mnikathi, who has been nominated as one of the 2021 Chefs to watch.
 
The Durban-based chef is also a Food Editor who offers cooking classes. He is also the Founder of The Culinary Kitchen, a company that caters for corporate events.
