Chef Aphelele Dlungana

Chef Aphelele is back in the loft once again and this time, he’s brought reinforcements. 
 
Chef Aphelele made a name for himself in the McCain Challenger 2013 Finals and again in 2015 when he placed second, in the regional chained does rotisseurs jeunes chefs competition. Since then, he has been succeeding in the industry ever since.
 
His love for cooking began when he was just a child watching his grandmother and mother cook up Sunday family lunch.
