Carri Twigg
Carri Twigg is a strategist in multicultural campaigns and programs. Following 3 years of service in the White House, Carri moved to new york and began working independently on building strategic cultural movements. During her time in the Administration, Carri served as Director of Public Engagement for Vice President, and Associate Director in the Office of Public Engagements as the White House liaison to the labor, philanthropic and progressive communities.
Prior to joining the Administration, Carri worked in philanthropy at the Ford Foundation helping to craft new strategies for civic engagement grant-making. Carri has served as Director of Strategic Engagement at the Democratic National Committee. Originally from Ohio, she's served in several capacities in government and politics there, including political director for former Governor Ted Strickland.
