Ayesha is a graduate in Culinary Arts & Patisserie with experience in food media. She has worked with multiple brands in food advertising. She is a personal chef, custom dessert specialist and cake supplier to one of Cape Town's most beloved food institutions. She also runs her own sweet supplier where she makes customs cakes and desserts. For her private chef services, she focuses on Cape Malay, South African, Indian, Middle Eastern, Thai, and Italian cuisine.
Today, she will be teaching us how to make a delicious Clover Classic Lamington Cake before we cook up a mouthwatering Clover Classic Hot Cross Bun Pudding. For today’s cook-a-long, we will also be making some delightful Clover Classic Panna Cotta before we end off with some Quick Clover Classic Custard Popsicles.
