Chef Aphelele’s love for cooking began in his early years where he would spend his time watching his grandmother and mother cook up delicious meals for Sunday family lunch. He took this love into his adult years where he pursued a career in the culinary industry.
He always strives to be the best and this motivation has led him to achieve great things in the culinary industry. Chef Aphelele made a name for himself in the McCain Challenger 2013 Finals and just two years later, he placed second in the 2015 Regional Chaîne Des Rôtisseurs Jeunes Chefs Compétition.
This week, we’re finding out what he’s been up to since we last saw him in February before teaches us how to whip up some delicious meat recipes! From T-Bone with Mushroom Sauce and Roasted Baby Potatoes to a yummy Oxtail, this is one masterclass you don’t want to miss!
