Sports scientist Cath Coupar shares fitness tips for the entire family.

Afternoon Express this Wednesday features another instalment of the Freshpak Natural Goodness series. We are talking to sports scientist Cath Coupar about the importance of exercise for the whole family, and instilling a love of exercise into kids at an early age.  

Cath recommends the following basic family activities to keep fit:

Take the bikes out for a spin and try out the Moonlight Mass
• Go-karting
• Putt-putt
• Building and flying your own kites
• Climbing trees
• Family sand castle competitions
• Making and trying out your own skate-board ramp on the driveway
• Slippy slides on the lawn
